A few weeks ago, AIA Australia and New Zealand CEO Damien Mu and AIA Vitality ambassador Shane Crawford braved Melbourne’s frigid temperatures to represent AIA Vitality at the 2XU triathlon series.

Despite the freezing weather (and early start), team AIA took the 300 metre swim, 13 kilometre ride, and three kilometre run in stride. You can find a full recap of the event in the video – including Shane’s top tip for aspiring triathletes (don’t forget to hit the loo before the race kicks off).
