A balanced diet, regular exercise and positive mindset are three key pillars for a healthy lifestyle. But in comedian Dilruk Jayasinha’s case, years of being the butt of his own jokes were hindering a long overdue health kick.

“I think maybe subconciously my brain was like, ‘hey if you lose weight then we lose material – we lose rent,’” he confesses to AIA’s Think Well ambassador, Alisa Camplin.

So, we decided it was time Dil switched the pressure of stand-up for a little down time spent getting to grips with his inner-self. And a paint brush.
